1. About the service

DakotaRVParks is a directory of RV parks, campgrounds, and glamping sites across North and South Dakota. The site is currently in pre-launch mode. Features including account access, park owner profiles, and premium listings are in development and will be available when we officially launch.

2. Listing accuracy disclaimer

Important: Park listings on this site are sourced from publicly available information, including Google Maps and public business directories. We do not independently verify listing data. Listing information — including nightly rates, hookup availability, amenities, contact details, hours of operation, and seasonal access — may be:

• Incomplete or missing
• Outdated — parks may have changed rates, closed, or modified services
• Inaccurate — data sourced from third parties may contain errors

Always contact the park directly to verify current information before booking, traveling, or making any decisions based on listings shown on this site. DakotaRVParks is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from reliance on inaccurate or outdated listing data.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at partners@jwilliamsdesigns.com.

4. Waitlists and pre-launch communications

By joining the traveler waitlist or park owners newsletter, you consent to receive email communications from DakotaRVParks related to the launch of the service, feature announcements, and park owner opportunities.

• Joining a waitlist does not guarantee early access, pricing, or any specific benefit.
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
• We will honor unsubscribe requests promptly and will not contact you again after you opt out.

5. Park owner listings and claims

• Park owners may request to claim a listing to manage their park’s information on DakotaRVParks.
• By submitting a claim, you represent that you are authorized to manage the listed park or campground.
• You agree that any information you provide for your listing is accurate, complete, and does not violate any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing or claim at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract listing data from this site for commercial purposes without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing claims or account information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or other users’ accounts
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site

7. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites, including individual park websites and booking platforms. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site. Accessing external links is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

All original content on DakotaRVParks — including site design, code, written descriptions, and branding — is the property of JohnPaul Williams II / J Williams Designs and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Park listing data sourced from public directories is used for informational purposes and remains the property of its respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

DakotaRVParks is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of listing data. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information reflects current park conditions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DakotaRVParks, JohnPaul Williams II, and J Williams Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate listing data, cancelled trips, or failure to reach a listed park. Our total liability for any claim related to this site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, regardless of where you access the site from.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
